Level Up NorCal is a community-based organization whose mission is to improve and promote the health, well-being and advancement of ethnic minorities, through education, support and advocacy. Through education, we can empower a group that has been historically disadvantaged with the first step towards advocating for themselves and closing disparity gaps.
Our core team is comprised of first-generation immigrants who not only understand the challenges of our constituency, we lived it. With experience leading and managing successful for-profit and non-profit organizations, our bilingual team is dedicated to educating and advocating for ethnic minorities.
